Payment:
All money order payments must be post marked within 48 hours and Paypal payments within 24 hours. If you need an extension please contact me before you buy.
Shipping:
I ship all of my packages USPS First Class Mail. This does not include shipping insurance. If you would like to purchase insurance please contact me so I can adjust the shipping quote on the listing. I ship all my in stock items within 24 hours. All made to order, custom, or items that are not currently in stock ship within 5-7 days. (unless otherwise noted in the listing or in private conversation.) If you need something sooner please contact me and I will do everything I can to get your item shipped sooner.
Refunds/Exchange:
Please do not buy from my store if you do not have intentions to pay or if you are not a serious bidder. If you purchase something, do not pay, and do not make an attempt to contact me and get an extension on payment I will leave you negative feedback. I take this very seriously, as it costs me money to create my works and there is a fee for every transaction, so non paying buyers really hurt my business and all other sellers as well.
If you have any problem with your order please contact me and I will do everything I can to make things better. If your item was lost in the mail and you did not purchase insurance I am not responsible and will not issue a refund or replacement. Once the item leaves my hands at the post office I am no longer responsible for it. Please see the shipping section for more information on how I ship my items and purchasing insurance. I do not offer refunds on my items. Please make sure you have read the item description and that you have asked any questions you may have regarding size, colors, etc. before you buy! If you have any questions about my return policy please contact me before your purchase!
Additional policies and FAQ:
I require payment on all custom orders before I start working on your request. I have had some people request custom items, I make the personalized item, and then they do not pay. I am then stuck with the custom item that I can't sell in my store. I am not a multi million dollar company and can't afford to make custom items for people and then not get paid for it. If you do not feel comfortable paying the full price up front for your custom item please contact me before you commit to buy the item and we can talk more about the situation in private conversations here on eCrater or email. After I have completed making the item I will send you pictures and after your approval I will set up another listing with the remaining balance plus shipping. If you do not approve the photos I send you I can re make the item to better fit your request.
Items purchased from my store can not be resold here on eCrater.
